Description

The Civil War (1936-1939) has a resonance beyond Spanish national boundaries. Students will be expected to gain a detailed understanding of the political complexity of the Civil War and come to their own conclusions as to whether it was an international confrontation which took place on Spanish soil or a local conflict involving foreigners.
